Partnership and Communication
Service Commitment: Glamiti is dedicated to delivering top-quality services promptly. Each client is assigned an account manager for direct support. Successful collaboration depends on timely, honest, and detailed feedback. Once deliverables are approved, no further revisions will be accepted.
Third-Party Platform Issues: While we work with various social media platforms, we cannot control issues such as connection errors, disconnections, or password changes. We will do our best to resolve any issues within our control. For problems beyond our control, please contact the respective platform's support.
Content Provision: Glamiti is responsible for creating and delivering your social media content. We do not manage the scheduling or posting. You will receive a link to download the content, and you are responsible for posting it to your social media accounts.
Support Options: Primarily, we provide support through our dashboard, live chat, or email. In rare cases, we can arrange a call upon the user's request to address specific needs.
Onboarding Delays: Our service begins once you sign up and complete the onboarding questionnaire. Failure to complete the questionnaire does not entitle you to a refund. Your payment will be converted into credits for future use, which do not expire. We will not adjust the billing date for delays on your part. We will begin creating the next batch of content as soon as the next payment is received, even if it follows closely after the initial approval.
Prompt Feedback and Approval: After delivering your content, we expect timely feedback or approval. Delays in feedback may result in posts becoming outdated, which we will not replace. If we do not receive feedback or approval by the next billing cycle, we will start creating the next month's content. Revision requests will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. Our service is considered fulfilled upon delivering the agreed content.
Professional Communication: We require all client interactions to be respectful and professional. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate account termination without notice or refunds.
Effective Practices: Notify us immediately if you change your social media account passwords. Provide clear directions and feedback, and treat our team as an extension of your own. We create and deliver content only; you are responsible for scheduling and posting. Dissatisfaction often results from unclear communication; therefore, we are committed to revising content based on detailed feedback. Consistent communication will help us meet your expectations.
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services: By signing up, you accept that all services are non-refundable due to the personalized and digital nature of our content creation. We offer a low-cost creative service subscription that can be cancelled month-to-month, but refunds will not be provided.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any reason, as our team dedicates time and effort to creating and managing bespoke content for our clients.
Results & Performance: Content is just one part of the puzzle when it comes to business results. We don't guarantee any results, due to us being a creative service business with final approval in your hands, and many factors being outside of our control. You are paying us for creative deliverables that our team spends time creating based on your brief and feedback.
Glamiti Obligations
Service Provision: Glamiti provides services according to our standard policies and procedures. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.
Policy Changes: Glamiti reserves the right to modify its rules, policies, and operating procedures at our discretion. This includes changes to pricing and package inclusions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
Fees & Payment
Payment Terms: All fees for services must be paid in full, in advance. A valid credit card must be kept on file for monthly payments. By signing up, you authorize Glamiti to charge your credit card for the specified fees.
Initial and Recurring Charges: The initial charges are payable in advance. Monthly fees will continue until the service is cancelled or modified. If payments are not made on time, services will be suspended until full payment is received. All payments are non-refundable.
Refunds Policy: Refunds are not issued except in cases of material breach by Glamiti. Fees are charged for the time and work performed and are not dependent on marketing results. We may offer credits, free days, or billing adjustments for mistakes on our part.
Service Continuation Without Client Response: Our services will continue even if you do not respond to or approve the content. Content not approved within one month will be automatically considered approved. Clients are permitted one round of edits per month.
Client Responsibility for Review: Clients should regularly review the content provided to ensure it meets their expectations. Glamiti is not responsible for missed posts or changes to content that has been approved for more than a week.
Permission for Advertising Use: By using our services, you grant us permission to use your company logo and social media links in our advertising. If you prefer that we do not use your social media in our marketing efforts, please notify us in writing.
Handling Disputes: By signing up, clients agree to these terms and conditions. We will actively pursue any client who breaches these terms and conditions.
Warranty Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Results: Glamiti makes no guarantees regarding the results, performance, or quality of the content provided. Many factors affecting outcomes are beyond our control, and we do not promise specific marketing results.
Warranty Disclaimer: Glamiti disclaims all warranties related to this Agreement, the Services, or any materials or assistance provided, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, course of performance or dealing, trade practice, title, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Glamiti and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from any breach of this Agreement or any claims related to the use of any intellectual property provided by the client. The client assumes responsibility for any assets they provide and their use in posts.
Social Media Account Issues
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the content provided by Glamiti complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Glamiti cannot be held liable for any legal issues, claims, or disputes arising from the content posted on your social media accounts, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims.
Limitation of Liability
Limitation on Damages: Glamiti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service or any content provided.
Maximum Liability: Glamiti's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Glamiti for the service in the one month immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the services provided and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Amendments: Glamiti reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)
Confidentiality Commitment: By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that in the course of our service provision, you may share confidential information with us, including business operations, client details, and proprietary data. We commit to using this information solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you and not for any other purpose.
Information Security: We will take reasonable steps to ensure this information is kept secure and only shared with employees or subcontractors who need to know this information to provide our services and who are bound by similar confidentiality obligations.
Non-Disclosure: Any information shared must not be publicly known, and we will not use or disclose it except as needed for service delivery or as required by law. This confidentiality commitment lasts for the duration of our service provision and for two years after the service ends.
Credit Card Disputes
Reporting Disputes: Any disputes regarding credit card charges must be reported to us within 14 days of the charge. During the dispute process, all credits, refunds, and account work will be paused until the issue is resolved. We recommend resolving disputes through direct communication with us to avoid formal disputes.
Chargeback Handling: If a chargeback occurs, we will issue an invoice for the disputed amount and any additional fees incurred. This invoice must be paid immediately upon receipt. Failure to settle the invoice may result in further legal actions.

Intellectual Property
All content created by Glamiti for your social media accounts becomes your property upon final approval. Glamiti retains the right to use non-confidential samples of the content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Termination of Service
Glamiti reserves the right to terminate services for any client who breaches our terms and conditions, engages in unethical behavior, or fails to make timely payments. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Force Majeure
Glamiti will not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, cyber-attacks, or interruptions in internet services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely feedback, maintaining updated contact information, and ensuring that any assets provided to Glamiti comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Amendments to Terms
Glamiti reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our client portal.
