Refund Policy for Social Media Content

Our services at Glamiti are crafted to provide exceptional value and satisfaction to our clients. However, we recognize the importance of having a clear refund policy.

General Policy

By signing up, you agree to our refund policy, acknowledging that all services are non-refundable due to the personalized and digital nature of our services and the manual effort involved. We operate as a low-cost creative service subscription, which you can cancel month-to-month.
While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, this is not a "pay if you like it" service. You pay us for creative deliverables based on your brief, feedback, and revisions. We do not guarantee satisfaction, marketing results, growth, or engagement, but we will happily implement your revisions.

Deliverables

If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, we do not offer refunds but will make necessary revisions. Approval of deliverables is final, and no further revisions will be allowed after approval.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through our Client Portal by selecting 'manage subscription' within your order. Prorated refunds are not issued for early cancellations. If you forget to cancel in time and are charged, we cannot offer refunds as work on your next round of content will have already begun.

Renewal

All Glamiti services are on a recurring subscription basis, meaning you will be automatically charged each month. Once renewed, subscriptions cannot be refunded, and you must accept all content/work delivered during that period with appropriate and fair client behavior.

Results

Content is just one aspect of achieving business results. We do not guarantee any outcomes, as many factors are beyond our control. You are paying for creative deliverables that our team produces based on your brief and feedback.

Onboarding & Sign-Up

Failure to complete the onboarding questionnaire does not qualify for a refund, but your payment can be converted into credits for other services. Refund requests immediately after completing the questionnaire are not eligible, as production starts immediately.

Technical Issues

You pay us for the creation of social media content. Since we do not handle posting and scheduling, no refunds will be issued for issues related to these activities. If you encounter technical problems, we will do our best to assist you. However, you are responsible for downloading the content and posting it manually.

Mistakes

While we adhere to a stringent quality assurance process, occasional errors can occur. Clients must review and approve content carefully, as refunds are not issued for errors such as typos or incorrect information. If a mistake is found, we will make necessary corrections, but refunds will not be provided.

Delays

We do not provide refunds for delays caused by the client. If there are delays on Glamiti's part, we may adjust the billing date to compensate for the lost time, but this will not result in a refund. If 25 days pass without the submission of the onboarding questionnaire, we will create deliverables based on our own research, and no revisions will be allowed. If we do not receive feedback or approvals by the next billing cycle, we will proceed with creating the next month's content. Revision requests for batches sent more than 30 days ago will not be accepted.

Credit Card Disputes

You agree not to dispute your payment for any reasons covered in our terms and refund policy. In the event of a credit card dispute, we will issue an invoice for the disputed amount and any fees incurred. If this invoice is not paid, your account will be turned over to collections and reported to credit bureaus.

Blackmail & Threats

We do not tolerate attempts to bypass our refund policy through blackmail, such as threats of disputes or negative reviews. This behavior may lead to legal action and civil remedies for any damaging reviews related to refund requests. We aim to maintain a fair and transparent relationship and appreciate your cooperation with these policies.
