Payment Policies

Recurring Payments:

Payments are processed automatically on the same date and time each month.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Glamiti will retry after 24 hours.
If the second attempt also fails, the subscription will be canceled, and platform access will be restricted until reactivated.

Upgrading Your Plan

Switch immediately to a higher-tier plan and gain access to upgraded features.
A pro-rata refund for the unused days of your current plan will be processed within ,5–10 working days.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrade requests take effect at the end of the billing cycle, ensuring continued access until then.
Canceling a Downgrade Request: You can cancel a downgrade request anytime before it takes effect.

Canceling a Subscription

Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle, ensuring access until the final paid day.
Cancellation requests can be withdrawn before the cycle ends to retain your subscription.

Annual-to-Annual Subscription Management

A pro-rata refund for unused days in the current month will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrade requests take effect at the end of the billing month, ensuring uninterrupted access until then.
Canceling a Downgrade Request: You can cancel a downgrade request anytime before the transition occurs.

Canceling a Subscription

Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing month.
Early Cancellation Charges (ECC) apply if the 12-month payment commitment is not fulfilled.
- ECC Calculation: 50% of the remaining subscription fees.
- No ECC applies if the cancellation occurs in the final month of the annual plan.

Independent Subscription

Plan Options

All plans (Solo, Essentials, Premium, Ultimate) are available for additional branches.
Additional branches benefit from discounted rates compared to the Head Branch.

Main & Additional Branch Independence

Each branch subscription is managed independently.
A branch remains accessible only while its subscription is active.

Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellations for additional branches follow the same policies as the Head Branch.
