Managing Subscriptions for Additional Branches
At Glamiti, we understand that businesses often operate across multiple locations. To support this, we offer flexible subscription options for additional branches at discounted rates, tailored to meet the needs of each location.
Key Details About Branch Subscriptions
Independent Subscription
· Each branch operates as a separate subscription, allowing businesses to choose plans based on the unique requirements of each location.
Plan Options
· All four plans (Solo, Essentials, Premium, Unlimited) are available for additional branches, with both monthly and annual subscription options.
· Additional branches benefit from discounted rates compared to the main branch subscription.
Main and Additional Branch Independence
· The subscription for the main branch and any additional branch is managed independently.
· Access to each branch is maintained only while its respective subscription is active.
Examples
Scenario 1: A business’s main branch subscribes to the Premium Plan, while a smaller branch opts for the Solo Plan to match its operational needs.
Scenario 2: An additional branch subscribes to an Annual Plan, benefiting from discounted rates and spreading the cost over 12 months.
Switching Between Plans for Branches
Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellations follow the same policies as the main branch subscription.
Changes to branch subscriptions (e.g., switching from Monthly to Annual plans or vice versa) are handled individually for each branch, providing maximum flexibility.
Key Points to Remember
Branch-Specific Data:
· When selecting a branch from the platform's header, all displayed data is specific to that branch (e.g., appointments, reports, and payments).
Discounted Rates for Additional Branches:
· Additional branch subscriptions are offered at reduced rates, making it cost-effective to scale your business.
Active Subscriptions Required:
· You must maintain an active subscription for the main branch to continue managing additional branches.
