With Glamiti we offer three business plans tailored to meet your specific business needs.
As a new signup, you'll automatically receive the Standard plan, which is completely free and offers all the essential features necessary for smooth business operations without any limitations.

For those seeking additional features and enhanced functionality, we have two premium plans: Gold and Platinum. These plans come with a monthly subscription fee and provide access to advanced tools and exclusive benefits to support the growth of your business.

Duration: Each subscription plan has a duration of one calendar month and automatically renews on a monthly basis unless cancelled.

Payment: Subscription plan payments are recurring and will be automatically deducted on the plan's end date each month.

Upgrade from Standard to Gold/Platinum: If a merchant chooses to upgrade from Standard to Gold or Platinum plan then the plan gets activated immediately, granting the merchant immediate access to the enhanced features and benefits of the higher-tier plan. their current plan to a higher-tier plan, the higher-tier plan will be activated immediately.

Upgrade from Gold to platinum: If a merchant wishes to upgrade their plan from Gold to Platinum, the Platinum plan will become active immediately, and the monthly billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally, a refund for the unused portion of the Gold plan will be issued on a prorated basis.

Let's say a merchant has a Gold plan with a monthly billing cycle that starts on the 1st of the month. On the 15th of the month, the merchant decides to upgrade the plan to Platinum.

As soon as the upgrade request is processed, the Platinum plan becomes active immediately. The merchant will be billed for the Platinum plan starting from the 15th of that month.

At the same time, the unused portion of the Gold plan will be calculated proportionally based on the remaining billing cycle. If the merchant upgrades to the Gold plan on the 15th day, which is halfway through the billing cycle, they would receive a refund representing half of the monthly Gold plan cost.

Downgrade plan: When a merchant chooses to downgrade their plan from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the transition to the lower-tier plan will occur once the current subscription period for the higher-tier plan expires.

For instance, suppose a merchant has a Gold plan with a monthly billing cycle starting on the 1st of each month. If the merchant decides to downgrade to standard plan on the 15th of the month, the downgrade will not take effect immediately. The merchant will retain access to the Gold plan's features until the end of the current billing cycle, which would be the 30th or 31st of the month.

Subscription Cancellation: Upon canceling the subscription for the Gold or Platinum plan, you will be switched to the Standard plan once the current subscription period for Gold or Platinum comes to an end (Same as downgrade plan).

Switching/Cancellation Deadline: To ensure a seamless experience for our valued merchants, we have a simple policy for plan switching and cancellations.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, rest assured that you will be automatically switched to the Standard plan at the end of your current plan's duration.

The same smooth transition applies if you decide to switch from a Gold or Platinum plan to the Standard plan. You will retain all the benefits of your existing plan until its expiration date, and at that point, your account will seamlessly switch to the Standard plan.

To make the process as convenient as possible, please remember to initiate any plan switch or cancellation at least two days before the start of the next business cycle. For example, if your Gold plan ends on June 30, 2023, kindly submit your plan switch or cancellation request on or before June 28, 2023.

Offer Availability:

  • This offer will be displayed to eligible merchants during the upgrade process from the Standard plan to either the Gold or Platinum plan.
  • The offer will be presented once and will not be displayed again after it has been availed.

Offer Eligibility:

  • To avail the offer, merchants must commit to the Gold plan for a minimum of 6 months or the Platinum plan for a minimum of 4 months.
  • Once the commitment is made, the selected plan cannot be changed for the duration of the commitment period.

Free POS Delivery:

  • Upon availing the offer during the plan upgrade, we will deliver the POS to the merchant within the next 7 working days.
  • Once the offer is availed, it cannot be undone, and the merchant is expected to complete the committed plan duration.

Early Cancellation Charges:

  • If a merchant avails the offer and subsequently breaches the commitment by changing the plan before the completion of the committed period, an early cancellation charge of CA$320.00 will apply.
  • This charge must be paid by the merchant prior to changing the plan.

Ownership of POS:

  • Once the commitment period is completed, the POS becomes the property of the merchant.
  • The merchant will be the owner of the POS and can continue using it beyond the commitment period without any additional obligations.
